About the role
As Store Director for our Flagship Store on the Champs-Élysées in Paris, you will act as brand ambassador and business owner for one of Salomon's most important retail locations. You'll be responsible for delivering commercial performance, elevating the in-store brand experience, and building a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the flagship's commercial strategy, driving growth across traffic, conversion, CRM, and community engagement.
- Own the full flagship P&L, balancing commercial growth, profitability, people investment, and customer experience.
- Make the store a true destination for brand experience, ensuring excellence in customer service, storytelling, and visual merchandising.
- Guarantee operational excellence, from inventory management to compliance with health & safety and company policies.
- Recruit, coach, and develop a strong Front of House and Back of House managerial team.
- Build a culture of performance, accountability, and commitment, leading by example on the shop floor.
- Create a leadership pipeline and succession plan for key retail roles.
- Act as the voice of the flagship, sharing market insights with regional and global stakeholders and influencing cross-functional partners.
- Serve as a benchmark and mentor for other store leaders across the market.
