Role Overview
As a Retail Marketing Specialist, you will help shape how consumers experience Converse at retail. By bringing seasonal stories, product priorities, and brand expressions to life in-store, you will contribute to creating engaging consumer journeys and consistently elevated retail experiences across Greater China.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of seasonal campaigns, product launches, and retail marketing programs.
- Ensure strong in-store presentation and consistent brand experience across retail doors.
- Coordinate the deployment of marketing materials, tools, and communications to stores.
- Partner with Retail, Commercial, and Operations teams to drive effective execution and resolve retail-related issues.
- Monitor store execution and provide insights to improve future programs and consumer experiences.
- Support new store openings, renovations, and special retail initiatives.
Key Performance Indicators
- Timely execution of seasonal retail marketing campaigns.
- Consistent delivery of brand experience and store presentation standards.
- Effective implementation of in-store communication and consumer engagement programs.
- Contribution to seasonal business objectives.
Qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience in Retail Marketing, Retail Operations, Visual Merchandising, or a related field.
- Experience supporting retail campaigns, store activations, or brand initiatives.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English.
- Passion for sport, fashion, culture, and consumer experience.
