Your role
You will play a key role in designing and developing advanced RF and microwave solutions for our radar platforms. Your responsibilities will include:
- Taking technical lead on RF and microwave circuit design
- Contributing to next-generation radar hardware development
- Designing and optimizing components such as amplifiers, LNAs, oscillators, PLLs, mixers, and antennas (X- and K-band)
- Performing link budget and system-level calculations
- Collaborating closely with embedded software and tracking teams
- Exploring and implementing innovative technologies within RF, mmWave, and related fields
You will have a high degree of autonomy and real influence on technical decisions.
We imagine that you:
- Have 5+ years of experience in RF/microwave engineering
- Have a strong theoretical foundation and can apply it in practice
- Are experienced with RF design and simulation tools
- Are comfortable using lab equipment (e.g., spectrum/network analyzers, oscilloscopes)
- Understand signal processing
It is a plus if you also have:
- Experience with Python or data analysis
- Interest in tracking or signal processing methods
- Knowledge of production or regulatory constraints
