Your Job :
As the Marketing Lead, Content & Brand Experiences at Brooks, you will lead the development of compelling, cohesive, and scalable content experiences across owned environments. Working alongside the Senior Manager, Brand Owned Experience, you will focus on how the brand shows up across website, retail stores, and brand-led experiences, ensuring key touchpoints are immersive, intuitive, and unmistakably Brooks. You will partner closely across Global Brand, Product Marketing, Site and Visual Merchandising, and regional teams to translate strategy into content execution across digital and physical experiences. You will support content tools, templates, and workflows that enable faster, consistent, and expressive storytelling globally.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of seasonal and evergreen content experiences across Brooks-owned digital and physical channels in support of global brand, product, membership, and business priorities.
- Translate campaign, product, and brand strategies into cohesive content experiences that drive engagement, conversion and loyalty across the runner journey.
- Own the development and optimization of key digital content experiences, including landing pages, category pages, PDPs, and campaign destinations
- Deliver optimal product discovery through a taxonomy, content structure, and navigation experience that are clear and intuitive.
- Partner with Digital Product and Site Merchandising teams to improve site performance, content effectiveness, and consumer experience outcomes.
- Partner with Visual Merchandising to deliver scalable retail toolkits that bring global campaigns and product stories to life in stores.
- Champion consistent brand expression across owned placements, setting content standards and templates to deliver high-quality, brand-right output.
- Partner on CMS enhancements, content operations and AI-enabled content capabilities that support scalable publishing and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Analytics and Consumer Insights teams to leverage insights and performance data to inform content decisions and continuously optimize experience performance.
- Lead cross-functional alignment across teams to deliver experiences on time, on brand and against business objectives.
- Present clear recommendations, tradeoffs, and points of view while balancing complex stakeholder needs.
- Monitor emerging trends in content strategy and consumer experience to recommend applications that elevate Brooks-owned experiences and strengthen our competitive advantage.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field; equivalent combination of education and years of experience can be considered in lieu of degree(s)
- 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, content strategy, digital experience, retail marketing, or related fields
- Ability to translate brand and product strategies into compelling stories, content, and consumer experiences
- Demonstrated ability developing content and brand experiences across multiple channels, from digital to physical
- Ability to leverage consumer insights, performance data, and business objectives to inform content decisions
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and evolving priorities while balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands, manage multiple projects, and drive work forward independently
- Experience working with content management systems, digital publishing tools, or related content platforms preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating effective listening through concise, clear verbal and written communication
- Excellent interpersonal skills that inspire and build trust resulting in effective working relationships across the company
- Keen attention to detail in planning, organization, and execution of tasks, while still seeing the big picture and understanding how all the pieces fit together and affect one another
- Ability to anticipate how a decision made can affect our customers, our partners, our products, or other departments' operations and/or morale; "connecting the dots"
- Demonstration of innovation and initiative – always looking at improving our products and processes while also displaying a willingness to dive into the details and help wherever necessary
- Passionate participation in Brooks’ sports activities a plus, overridden by the ability to understand and empathize with the runner to develop loyal, engaging relationships with our customers and the Brooks community

Compensation: The pay range for this position, based out of the Brooks Seattle HQ, is $85,894 - $128,894 per year. Base pay offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
