Purpose of Role
The eCommerce Operations Intern will play a key role in aiding campaign strategy development and implementing data analytics techniques to uncover trends and insights. This six-month internship provides invaluable hands-on experience and deep insights into the world of online retail within a dynamic professional environment.
We will prioritize candidates who can dedicate themselves to a full-time, six-month internship from January-June 2027 .
Your Impact
- Assist in campaign planning and content updates within the eCommerce system.
- Learn and apply data analytics techniques to identify market trends and insights.
- Utilize Excel and Power BI for comprehensive reporting and analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall user experience.
- Monitor inventory levels and shipping processes to ensure operational efficiency.
Exposure
- Direct, hands-on experience in eCommerce operations and digital marketing.
- The ability to understand and support a retail eCommerce business through data-driven analysis.
- Experience communicating across a diverse organization with many different cultures, geographies, and preferences.
Qualifications
• Has a strong interest in eCommerce & Sports/Fitness (considering a future career in this industry). • A keen learner who is creative & detail-oriented, resourceful & driven. • Understands the need for ownership and possesses a sense of urgency. • Able to work with a team/independently where needed. • Willing to listen, to include and to respect the beliefs of teammates. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with a focus on Excel & Powerpoint.
