We are the Audi Revolut F1® Team. Audi Revolut F1 Team is the official factory team of Audi, as the brand enters the FIA Formula 1 World Championship for the first time in 2026. The team is based in three locations: the power unit is developed by Audi Formula Racing GmbH at the Audi Competence Center Motorsport in Neuburg, Germany; the chassis is engineered and race operations are managed from the state-of-the-art facilities of Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland; while the Audi Motorsport Technology Centre UK in Bicester, United Kingdom, provides a foothold in the heart of 'Motorsport Valley', with direct access to top F1 talent and key strategic partners. Become part of this unique project and make motorsport history. This position for the Audi Revolut F1® Team is based at Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil (Switzerland).
Your mission
- Programming complex components using hyperMILL CAM software.
- Setting up and proving out complex milled components, as well as applying and optimizing modifications.
- Post-processing 3D-printed parts.
- Working on state-of-the-art 5-axis machining centers with Heidenhain TNC640 controls.
- Loading and prioritizing prototype, single, and small-batch parts using the latest robot technology.
- Being responsible for the accuracy of the parts and the entire process; from material ordering to the final inspection of the workpieces.
- Working occasional weekend shifts.
Your profile
- Successfully completed apprenticeship as a Polymechanic EFZ.
- Several years of experience with 5-axis machines.
- Several years of CAM experience (hyperMILL is an advantage).
- Good knowledge of Heidenhain controls (is an advantage).
- Enthusiasm for high-tech materials.
- Careful and highly independent way of working.
- Strong team skills and flexibility.
- Willingness to work outside of standard working hours.
- Good language skills in German as well as English.
