We’re a team of imaginative and passionate people who believe in the power of sport to make a difference. If you're ready to help us serve up real impact, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re committed to reflecting the communities we work and play in. We strongly encourage applications from women, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, LGBTQI+ individuals, people with disability, and people from culturally diverse backgrounds.

About the Role

As the Workday Consultant, you will play a key role in the optimisation, adoption and continuous improvement of Workday and related People systems across Tennis Australia. From process design and system enhancements through to testing, reporting and change adoption, you'll help ensure our People technology delivers a seamless user experience while supporting organisational goals.

Reporting to the Head of People Systems Optimisation, you will act as the functional expert for Workday HCM, partnering with stakeholders across the business to translate People and business requirements into efficient, scalable and compliant system solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Workday professional who thrives on solving complex problems, influencing stakeholders and driving meaningful change through technology.

In this role, you will:

  • Support release management activities and proactively identify opportunities to leverage new functionality and system improvements.
  • Contribute to the strategic People technology roadmap and continued optimisation of the employee experience.

About You

You're a highly capable Workday professional who can comfortably move between strategy, stakeholder engagement and hands-on system configuration. You enjoy solving problems, simplifying complexity and helping organisations unlock the full value of their technology investments.

You are naturally curious and forward-thinking, with a passion for continuous improvement and a strong understanding of how technology can enable better people outcomes. You have the confidence to challenge current processes, influence stakeholders and recommend solutions that balance user experience, governance and operational efficiency.

Most importantly, you're a collaborator who can translate technical concepts into practical business language and build trusted relationships across all levels of an organisation.
