Your opportunity at Arc'teryx :
As the Visual Merchandising Specialist you support the Senior Visual Merchandising Lead in executing Visual Merchandising strategies across the EMEA region. As the primary operational partner to the Senior Visual Merchandising Lead, you independently manage assigned projects and coordinate day-to-day Visual Merchandising initiatives, ensuring consistent execution of global standards and regional priorities.
This role is based out of our Munich office and is open to hybrid remote work (2 days in the office, 2 days at home and 1 day at the discretion of the manager) . Candidates must be eligible to work in Germany. Mid-term we foresee the relocation of the role to Amsterdam/Netherlands.

The EMEA Visual Merchandising team is responsible for bringing the Arc'teryx brand to life across our retail environments throughout the region. We partner closely with Retail, Merchandising, Marketing, Store Design and Global Visual Merchandising to deliver consistent, premium brand experiences across Brand Stores and Wholesale partners. From seasonal campaigns and product launches to New Store Openings and retail initiatives, our team ensures every store reflects the highest standards of visual storytelling and execution.
