About the role
Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX: As a Senior Planner, Supply Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) you are responsible for driving end-to-end execution alignment within the tactical planning horizon, ensuring supply, demand, and inventory decisions translate into actionable outcomes. You play a critical role in bridging planning and execution, coordinating across global and regional partners to manager risk, optimize outcomes, and enable informed decision making. You will act as a subject matter expert within tactical planning, partnering with cross-functional teams to assess risks, align on mitigation strategies, and improve planning outcomes. Your analytical expertise will help connect supply impacts to business performance and recommended solutions. This role offers the opportunity to strengthen processes, build relationships, and develop advanced problem-solving capabilities through hands-on experience.
This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid remote work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.

Planning aligns inventory, supply, and business priorities to ensure products are available where and when they are needed. The team develops planning strategies, establishes key priorities and KPIs, and partners cross-functionally with Merchandising, Finance, Sourcing, and Operations teams to deliver integrated plans. Through scenario planning, supply-demand balancing, and forecast optimization, Global Planning enables informed decision-making and agile responses to evolving business needs. By connecting long-range strategy with day-to-day execution, the team helps drive operational efficiency, inventory productivity, and sustainable growth across the global business.
