YOUR MISSION
Define and harmonize regional European business processes following transformation initiatives and new operating model.
- Lead the design, standardization and harmonization of business processes for Finance across European markets, accounts and sales channels as part of the strategic transformation program
- Facilitate cross-functional business workshops to align target processes, business rules and operating principles of the new operating model
- Drive business decisions and secure formal sign-off from senior stakeholders
- Own, govern and maintain Finance end-to-end business process documentation and standards.
Translate business strategy into system requirements
- Convert business processes, policies and operating strategies into functional business requirements for SAP S/4HANA, connected applications and BI reporting solutions
- Act as the business process expert and owner for assigned functional workstreams
- Define, consolidate and prioritize regional business requirements for the future operating model
- Serve as the primary liaison between local business teams, regional leadership and the project organization, ensuring business alignment throughout the transformation
Define, coordinate and execute business process testing to ensure successful solution deployment
- Coordinate and lead business testing activities, including test preparation, execution, defect validation and retesting
- Define end-to-end business test scenarios, test cases and acceptance criteria aligned with target Finance processes and business requirements
- Develop and maintain comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) covering core Finance processes
- Collaborate closely with IT, implementation partners and business stakeholders to ensure test coverage, traceability and alignment with business requirements.
YOUR TALENT
- Completed training as a certified accountant, alternatively a bachelor's degree in finance
- At least 5 years of professional experience in finance and accounting
- Proficiency in business process solution design and delivery is a plus
- Experience with SAP R/3, SAP S4/Hana is an advantage
- Very good MS Office knowledge
- Independent work and structured way of working
- High commitment and flexibility, service-oriented, reliable, team player
- Analytical skills, high affinity with numbers
- Fluency in English
- Cross-departmental thinking and communication is required.
