We are looking for a Sales Associate for a permanent, part-time (16 hours/week) in our Salomon Store in Cheshire Oaks, Ellesmere Port.
Main Purpose:
The Sales Associate role has the main purpose of delivering high-quality shopping experience by developing strong knowledge of Salomon products and understanding customer needs to provide personalized advice. Following Salomon Signature Service, this role involves supporting customers on the sales floor, recommending complementary products, using also in-store digital tools and ensuring compliance with company procedures and VM guidelines while acting as a brand ambassador.
Main tasks / responsibilities:
- Welcome, assist and engage customers by providing excellent experience for everyone who comes in, ensuring that clients' needs are understood and recommending suitable and complementary products
- Build strong product expertise across collections (technical sports/sport-style)
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the Salomon values and customer service culture
- Contribute to a team that is responsible for the store's success, achieving store sales targets and KPIs
- Assure daily store operations: operating the cash register, as well as opening and closing it (if applicable), checking and replenishing stock, merchandising the store during the day and contributing to brand visual standards
- Support stock management, replenishment and inventory activities
- Ensure the sales floor is always maintained according to VM standards
- Participate in staff training and store events as required
- Perform additional duties assigned by the managerial team and HQ.
