About the role
At Red Bull Technology Group, great performance starts with great people. We’re looking for an organised, ambitious and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator on an initial 12 month FTC to help keep our recruitment activity moving at pace.
This is a junior role with real opportunity to develop. You’ll initially provide essential administrative and coordination support across the recruitment lifecycle, creating a smooth and professional experience for candidates and hiring managers. As your knowledge and confidence grow, you’ll also get involved in talent research, market intelligence, sourcing and screening, building the foundations for a future career in Talent Acquisition or the wider HR function.
What you’ll be doing
- Coordinating interviews, diaries, rooms and candidate communications.
- Maintaining accurate recruitment records and keeping our applicant tracking system up to date.
- Researching talent markets and helping to build candidate pipelines.
- Supporting offers, pre-boarding activity and the handover to People Operations.
- Contributing to recruitment events and attraction campaigns.
By keeping our processes accurate, responsive and well organised, you’ll enable the wider Talent Acquisition team to spend more time proactively identifying and engaging the talent our business needs.
What we’re looking for
You’ll be highly organised, comfortable managing multiple priorities and confident communicating with candidates and colleagues. You’ll have a sharp eye for detail, enjoy working with systems and data, and bring a genuine interest in building a career within Talent Acquisition.
Previous recruitment or HR experience would be useful, but it isn’t essential. What matters most is your energy, judgement and willingness to learn.
