About the role

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH This role joins the Korea Marketing team in Seoul and reports to the Marketing Director, Korea. The team drives brand storytelling, consumer connections and marketplace impact through integrated marketing strategies. You will partner closely with Brand Creative, Energy, Retail and Commercial teams, while collaborating with global stakeholders, agencies and vendors to bring the Converse brand to life in Korea.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR The ideal candidate is a highly organized and proactive brand marketer who understands how to turn consumer insights, cultural moments and brand priorities into meaningful marketing experiences. They bring a strong foundation in brand marketing, brand planning or consumer marketing and thrive in fast-paced environments where collaboration, adaptability and attention to detail are critical. They are skilled at managing multiple projects, timelines and stakeholders across local and global teams while ensuring flawless execution. This person can confidently support or lead campaign planning, event activation, social communications and agency partnerships. They bring a data-informed mindset, using brand health, performance metrics and marketplace insights to identify opportunities, optimize future initiatives and strengthen Converse’s presence in Korea. Strong communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with global teams are essential to success in this role.

  • 3-7 years of experience in brand marketing, brand planning, consumer marketing or a related marketing function.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
  • Experience supporting or leading campaign planning and execution, including brand briefs, consumer events and social media communications.
  • Strong project management, communication and cross-functional collaboration skills with experience navigating global processes and stakeholders.
  • Professional fluency in English with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently in business settings.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON You will help shape how Converse connects with consumers in Korea by bringing seasonal brand stories to life through strategic planning, integrated execution and meaningful consumer experiences. Working closely with local and global partners, you will drive initiatives that connect brand priorities with cultural relevance and marketplace opportunities.

  • Support seasonal marketing planning and execution, ensuring alignment with Converse brand priorities, consumer insights and key cultural moments.
  • Manage critical Go-To-Market milestones, coordinating timelines, deliverables and stakeholder engagement across local and global teams.
  • Partner with Brand Creative, Energy, Retail and Commercial teams to deliver integrated marketing initiatives and elevate consumer experiences.
  • Plan and support consumer-facing brand events, collaborating with internal partners and external agencies to execute impactful activations.
  • Coordinate social media communication needs with internal teams, agencies and vendors to ensure consistent and compelling brand storytelling.
  • Lead or support Demand Creation Investment (DCI) budget planning, tracking and management to ensure efficient execution against business objectives.
  • Analyze marketing performance, monitor brand health and gather consumer and marketplace insights to identify learnings and optimize future campaigns.
