We're looking for an exceptional and commercially driven Store Manager to lead our adidas Kildare store, one of the most important locations within our retail portfolio. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a flagship business, drive commercial success, develop future talent, and deliver unforgettable consumer experiences.
As Store Manager, you'll be accountable for sales, profit, people, operations and brand execution. You'll create a high-performance culture where teams are inspired to achieve ambitious goals, while ensuring the adidas brand comes to life through outstanding service and operational excellence.
Working closely with district leadership and cross-functional partners, you'll build strong stakeholder relationships to influence outcomes, drive continuous improvement and support the long-term success of the business.
What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering and exceeding sales, profit and productivity targets.
- Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing retail team.
- Driving exceptional consumer experiences and brand standards.
- Using commercial insight and data to identify opportunities and improve performance.
- Building strong partnerships with key stakeholders across Retail Operations, HR, Visual Merchandising, Marketing and Brand.
- Creating a culture of accountability, engagement and continuous development.
- Ensuring operational excellence and compliance across all areas of the store.
What We're Looking For
- Proven Store Manager experience within a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering business results.
- Exceptional leadership and people development skills.
- Experience managing senior stakeholders and cross-functional partnerships.
- A passion for sport, retail and delivering world-class consumer experiences.
- The ability to inspire teams and lead from the front.
