As a key member of the store leadership team, you will be working alongside the Assistant and Store Manager, leading a talented group of Product Guides. You bring energy and purpose to every part of the store - guest experience, product, people, and operations. Passionate about the outdoors, you live the lifestyle and share it authentically. You lead with care, push for bold goals, and celebrate progress. Together, we leave it better.
